Wow, what an interesting author interview and now I'm going to find Amy's book. And make sure the Appleton Public Library has a copy. Oh, and I just thought of someone who this will make the perfect gift! Three copies and counting....
This is the best Q&A I've ever read, down to the $9 smoothie. I actually think you two should have a podcast. Think about it. I'll be buying this book and requesting it at our library, and respected that Amy wanted the proceeds to stay in Wisconsin. I also liked that Peter himself seems to have retained kindness and authenticity in a business you don't ever associate with those words.
Wish I could be sitting in the back street, eavesdropping on the fabulous and funny Waldman sisters as they take Amy’s book to the world. As one who has lost a couple of treasured scarves, I love the Patti Smith story.
Well, if we'd driven through Toronto we'd have picked you up, but we stayed south of the border for this trip. (One time we did take the ferry across Lake Michigan to go east, and drove through Ontario, but I got so sick on that boat I vowed never to do it again...)

Thanks, Alison! I'm so glad you liked it. (Amy wants us to do a show: Messing Up The Kitchen, in which we cook or bake while interviewing people...)
Well that sounds fantastic

I did recommend your book to the friends we stayed with last night, Rona, and he's going to get a copy.
